Happy New Year! Tis the season for healthy living, organization and New Year’s resolutions. I will be focusing on all of these for the month of January. When it comes to New Year’s resolutions the one that probably tops the list most often is exercise/getting in shape/losing X amount of weight, and so on. This is the time of year when gyms are overcrowded with the motivation of the New Year, that unfortunately too soon fizzles by the time February arrives. If you fall prey to this I hope that you will find encouragement here to keep motivated to make exercise a daily part of your life long past the second month of 2015.
