I am super excited that you are joining me for the New Year’s workouts. These workouts will be for weeks 1 & 2. I have put together workouts that will be less than 1 hour. You of course can add, repeat or shorten the workouts to your liking and available time. The pattern will follow an upper body and cardio, lower body and cardio, cardio and abs, then repeat for a total of 6 days. If you can’t do 6 days I do recommend that you aim to work out 4-5 days a week for at least 30 minutes doing cardio and weights.
