Here are new workouts for week 3 and 4. I have really enjoyed creating these schedules and doing the workouts. I love creating these workout routines not only for anyone out there doing these workouts, but it has really helped me stay organized with my fitness. Now I wake up in the morning and I know exactly what workouts I am going to do that day. I plan on continuing to plan out my workouts every two weeks as one more way to get organized for the year.
